Ryan Schnack is a third generation attorney. He maintains a private general practice and also serves as Chief Prosecutor/City Attorney for the City of Quincy. His legal practice entails a wide range of matters, including family law, criminal law, personal injury, business law, estate planning, and civil litigation.
Ryan appears in court almost daily, is licensed to practice in Illinois, and has practiced law pro hac vice in Colorado, Wisconsin, and Missouri.

Family Background
Ryan’s grandfather, Loren Schnack, was a former attorney and judge. In 1954, he became the youngest judge ever elected in Adams County. He served as county judge until 1958. His grandfather then returned to the practice of law and served as Associate Judge from 1991 to 1999. Ryan’s father, Kent Schnack, has been in the practice of law since 1978. His practice mainly consists of insurance defense, personal injury, and church law.

- Adams County Courthouse – Former Circuit Judge Law Clerk in Quincy Illinois. (2005)
- Adams County Indigent Committee – Provided legal advice to Adams County residents that couldn’t otherwise afford to have legal representation. (2008 -2011)
